RAINBOW BRIDGE MEMORIAL

This NASRN page is dedicated to the memory of the Anatolian Shepherds that we have loved and lost. Some lived long lives and gave years of loyal service as working livestock guards, as property guardians, or as personal companions. Others had lives cut short by injury in the line of duty, illness or accidents, or were lost due to theft or escape. Regardless of the cause, our lives have been left with a void because of their absence and we will always remember each one with love and appreciation.

This Page is
Dedicated
to the Special
Memory of a
Dedicated Foster
Dad, Brad Neuman

NASRN lost a very dear friend on August 8, 2008.

Brad Neuman was one of our most dedicated foster dads and was always there, ready to help, whenever a dog was in need. Brad once flew to Alabama to pick up two Anatolians from a kill shelter, then rented a car and drove all the way back to Idaho with the two dogs.  What a journey that was!

Brad raised alpacas in Troy, ID. He once drove his RV from ID to Southern CA to pick up his first adopted Anatolian, Tzadi in 2001. Tzadi was Brad's special friend from then on.

Brad fostered many dogs over the years and helped to save many lives. He was always a very kind man and he entertained all of us with his stories of Tzadi and Bette, his adopted Anatolian x Great Pyrenees.

Brad will be deeply missed by all that knew him.  Our dogs lost a true friend.
