This sweet girl came into the shelter as a stray and she smelled strongly of hay and livestock when she came in. It is a fair assumption that she has only lived outside thus far but we feel that, with time, love and patience, she can transition into being an inside/outside dog. Right now she can be a bit nervous when in an enclosed space but the shelter is a scary place for dogs. With a little kindness and patience we are sure she will learn house manners. She will need a securely fenced yard as Anatolians are naturally nomadic and will wander without proper fencing.
