Meet Adele!  She is a gorgeous spayed female Anatolian Shepherd Mix. She was pulled from a high kill shelter and is now in need of a FOSTER, FOSTER TO ADOPT or ADOPTIVE HOME.

Adele's estimated DOB is November 2019. She currently weighs 70 lbs but is still growing.  Adele is heartworm negative, fully vaccinated and spayed.

Adele is a beautiful and sweet girl. She is crate trained and is working on learning good house manners.  She's going to need some work on basic obedience and leash manners but she is a very smart girl and a quick learner.

Adele is still just a (big) puppy!  She is very playful and energetic as you would expect a puppy to be.
Adele's perfect home would be a home with another young, large to medium sized dog who loves to play as much as she does.  Her favorite pastime is romping and wrestling with her foster brothers.

No small dogs or kitties, please!

She is an excellent watch dog and alerts to sounds and people. She will bark at visitors but settles down and is welcoming when she is told that it’s alright. 

Adele loves to go on car rides.  She is a good traveler. She is working on leash manners and basic commands but will still need more training. She is housebroken and crate trained.

Adele likes to have her own space to eat in as she does not like to share her food with the other dogs.

Best suited home will have:
A young, large to medium size playful dog
No small dogs or cats
6 foot privacy fence

• If you are within 1,000 miles, we can usually help with transport using volunteer drivers (depending on the route/availability of volunteers).
• If you live farther than 1,000 miles, we can still assist, however, the adopting party will need to drive any mileage over 1,000 miles.  
• Transport options to eastern cities/states over 1,000 miles may be available with a professional rescue transporter. His rate is $200.
