Bosley is a handsome, two-year-old Anatolian Shepherd looking for his forever home.
He loves his outdoor time and would appreciate an active home where he can spend time outside, hike, go for walks and spend time basking in the sun and sniffing the wind.
Bosley gets along with other dogs with appropriate introductions, but does play rough. He also enjoys the companionship of his humans provided they take the time to build a relationship with him slowly.
As is typical of his breed, he can be suspicious of strangers and will need a strong owner who understands his breed and is willing to work with him.
Bosley has recently spent some time at a board-and-train program, where he has learned obedience skills (coming when called, place, heeling and house manners), how to settle in his crate and is working on being exposed to new people and situations (i.e. the vet's office).
His new owner will need to continue to work with him on these skills to help him live his best life!
In order to help Bosley find his best home, Awesome Paws Rescue is willing to travel within 6 hours of Buffalo, NY to transport him to a home where he can be successful.
