Meet Blake!  He is a 6 year old neutered male Anatolian Shepherd Dog or mix.  His owners were unable to care for him any longer so they relinquished him so he could find a new home.

Blake gets along well with all of the dogs in his foster home, male and female.  He seems to enjoy the company of other dogs so he may do well with a canine companion.  He enjoys going on walks and has good leash manners.

Blake weighs 130 lbs, is heartworm negative, current on vaccinations and in good health.

He has not been raised with cats so we are uncertain how he would be with kitties.

A note from Blake's foster mom:

Blake was primarily an outside dog, but he has adapted very well to indoor living.  He loves the couch and comfy dog beds. He loves to lay by my desk while I'm working from home.  He acts as my personal trainer while I'm working out, but frequently falls asleep on the job.  When its time to play, he is like a giant puppy.  He runs and plays with the other dogs.  And he be can lost for hours with a good chew toy (super chewers only).  He loves routine - he has learned to eat breakfast and dinner on time and bedtime is at 10pm no questions asked.  He likes to have a space to himself for quiet time at night, or when things get super busy in the house.  He LOVES Milk bones - his favorite.  But loves all treats. He's working on his basic obedience skills. He's not around kids on regular basis, but when we have encountered kids, he has loved it and been so sweet and gentle.
