Meet Mara. She is a 5 year old spayed female Anatolian Shepherd Dog. DOB Jan 2016.
Mara weighs appx 120 lbs, and her owner indicates that she is heartworm negative and current on vaccinations and HW preventative.
Mara's owners are moving and are unable to take her with them so she is in need of a new home.
Mara's owners have indicated that she is good with goats, sheep and chickens.
She is also good with children.
Mara does not get along with other dogs and should be in a home without cats.
She is housebroken, leash trained and knows "sit."
She will require a fence that is at least 5 feet tall.
Mara is very true to her Anatolian roots and is going to do best with an owner who is familiar with flock guardian breed dogs.
