Meet Miss Peggy!
She is a beautiful spayed female Anatolian Shepherd x Great Pyrenees.  Peggy's estimated DOB is May, 2021.  She weighs 80 lbs.  

Peggy is good with other dogs and would love to have a playmate close to her age and size.  She will do best matched with a male canine companion.
She is doing well with the cat in her foster home.

Peggy is housebroken and walks well on leash.  She can sometimes be frightened in unfamiliar places but her foster mom is working with her on this.

She is not a big barker, however, when she does bark, you will know it!  For a sweet little girl, she has a powerful bark.  She only uses it when necessary though.  Peggy does not test fences and she is also very quiet and gentle with older people.  No jumping up or pawing.

This sweet girl will be a wonderful and loyal companion.

As far as we know, Peggy has no experience with livestock so she is looking for a companion home.
We have not tested her with young children.

Transport assistance within 1000 miles may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route​ ​

Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions.

Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
