PAGE COUNTY VIRGINIA: THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING FOR THE PAGE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHELTER DIRECTLY EMAIL petfinder@pagecounty.virginia.gov PHONE (540) 778-2101 --------------------------- Hello there and thank you for your possible interest in our sweet girl Annie! She came to the shelter after she and her siblings were seized from their home by animal control. Her sister (Nala) and brother (Drift) are also available for adoption so make sure you check them out as well! The three duo's came out of a bad living situation and now looking for a better stable home, could it be with you? Well let me tell you about this sweet but mighty girl! She loves to talk to you and jump up on you out of excitement so little kids would need to be supervised. Annie would need a big place to run around as she is a big and lengthy girl. She also tends to get "happy tail" which in other words means when she wags her tail and constantly hits it against something she makes it bleed. It's nothing serious and frankly very common in bigger dogs. A typical day outside for Annie is just a bunch of talking and wanting to be right next to you. When it's time to come back inside she will stop and throw her whole body on the ground like a toddler who doesn't want to come back inside after play time but, she does once you tell her it's time to come in.
Despite her size she is very gentle on a lead and will not pull you. If you are interested in meeting Annie please contact us via email or call us at (540) 778-2101 to make an appointment.
