Meet Peppermint.  She is a beautiful spayed female liver colored Anatolian Shepherd Dog or mix.  We estimate Peppermint's DOB to be January 2023.  She currently weighs around 65 lbs.  She's underweight and should top out in the 80-85 pound range.  Peppermint is fully vaccinated and is HW negative.

She is a beautiful girl with gorgeous liver coloring,  mesmerizing eyes and an incredibly soft and silky coat.

Peppermint is a very sweet and friendly girl.  She came to us very thin and hungry.  We suspect she had to fight for food in order to survive and she still has some of those instincts.  For this reason we recommend that she is fed in a separate room if other dogs are present.  

Peppermint is good with other dogs but she can be rather bossy.  She would do well as an only dog or matched with an easy going large male dog.  No small dogs.  She hasnt been evaluated with children and we do not have the means to do so.

She is housebroken and walks on leash but could use some basic training.  She is a smart girl and a quick learner.

NO LIVESTOCK EXPERIENCE

Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions.

Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
