DALLAS TEXAS: FOSTER OR ADOPTION NEEDED Meet Izzi! It appears that Miss Izzi and her sister, Fern, were abandoned by their owner and they are now in need in either foster homes or adoptive homes. Izzi is a super sweet girl. She is young, energetic and playful. She will need some work on basic manners but she is a very smart girl and very willing to please.
