Meet Clark!  He is a very handsome 2 year old male Anatolian Shepherd mix.  We are thinking he may be mixed with Pyrenees.   

He was picked up as a stray and was not reclaimed so he ended up on doggy death row in a rural Texas shelter. 

Clark is a big boy!  He weighed 107 pounds on 10/14/21 but is a little underweight. He should be around 130 pounds when he is mature.  He is very friendly with people and is good with other dogs.  
Clark will be happiest in a home where he has a dog buddy who is close to his age and size.

Clark has not been tested with cats or livestock.

Needs 5+ ft fence.

Transport assistance within 1000 miles may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route.

Secure fencing with minimum height of 5 feet is required.

Most Anatolians are not well suited to apartment living.
