He is not doing well in the shelter environment, unfortunately. Shelters are noisy and scary and poor Doc is terrified and has completely shut down. Doc would love to be in a more quiet setting without all of the barking and the concrete floors. Doc will do best with an experienced dog person who is patient and understanding. Doc is good with other dogs.
