Neighbors made sure she had enough food to get by but her owner refused to relinquish her. Zora was recently impounded by local animal control and her owner did not reclaim her. Zora is now in foster care and is flourishing. She is smart, sweet, eager to please and very trainable. Zora is a social butterfly; she is friendly, charismatic, confident, playful, goofy and intelligent. Zora knows basic commands and walks on leash but needs a little work on pulling.
