Asena is the perfect blend of sweetness!  This Anatolian Shepherd/Akbash/Lab mix is already showing off her intelligence, independence, and a playful charm that’s hard to resist. She’s sweet as pie, and always keeps you entertained with her curious spirit.

Asena is great with kids and loves the company of other dogs, making her an ideal family companion. She keeps her kennel tidy and uses the doggy door to potty outside like a pro.

True to her Anatolian roots, Asena can be a bit strong-headed from time to time, but with consistent guidance and a patient hand, she’ll thrive in a home that appreciates both her brain and her boldness.

Asena and her siblings came into this world under heartbreaking circumstances. Their momma, an Anatolian Shepherd, was tragically hit and killed by a car while roaming the streets when the puppies were just 3 weeks old. A kind-hearted Good Samaritan stepped in and reached out for help, and now these resilient pups are thriving together and living their best lives.

Ground transport assistance may be available depending on where you live and the availability of volunteer drivers along the route.  

Secure fencing with minimum height of 4 feet is required on all adoptions.

Veterinary reference is required on all adoptions.
